Franciska Elliott1 StarI called this afternoon to simply ask a question about my renters insurance and the lady answered the phone stating "is this (first name, last name)?, I replied no ma'am, her response was " you made me miss a call! You called earlier and I answered you question!". I was shockingly surprised with her tone and how she communicated with me. My grandmother was a long time customer with Ken Carver in the 90's when I was growing up so I was excited to start services with him. I will no longer support this branch!
